Form 941

If you operate a business and have employees working for you, then you need to file IRS Form 941- Employer's Quarterly Federal Tax Return.

Who must file Form 941?

Generally, any person or business that pays wages to employees must file.
Form 941 has to be filed quarterly and you have to continue to do so even if there are no employees during the quarter. If you fail to pay on time, there will be a penalty.
